Intimate Summer Yosemite Elopement | Lillian + Taggart

From Adventuring Glacier Point at Sunrise to a Private Sunset Ceremony—a True All-Day Elopement

Lillian + Taggart’s elopement day started with a bright and early 5am call to meet at Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park to catch the iconic sunrise. Here, they got into their attire and had their first look before the sun rose over the peak. Then, they got to watch one of the most epic sunrises.

After our sunrise adventure, we split for a few hours for a little nap break (getting up at 3am to see the sunrise isn’t for the weak!). In the afternoon, we met back up in the valley to explore a bit and take in the sights.

After we finished exploring, it was time to head to their iconic ceremony spot! They had the views of Tunnel View but alllllll to theirselves! Lillian + Taggart wrote their vows together before their ceremony, then read them to each other and shared their first kiss. Then, we spent the remaining daylight watching the clouds shift to the prettiest pink color and watching the stars start to peak out.

Once the sun disappeared and the stars emerged, it was our sign to end the incredible day. Lillian and Taggart truly had such an intimate, emotional, adventurous day for their wedding day. I cannot thank them enough for trusting me to capture the magic of their elopement. Congratulations, again, Lillian + Taggart!!
